0002 @webenhance.net unsure sedan blue AJN8*** Thursday, July 05, 2001 4:00 pm oriental woman parking lot white plains ny This lady has no idea how to drive and by getting behind the wheel she is a danger to all.  I approached my parked car to find a blue sedan nearly hitting it over and over again.  She showed no knowledge of how to operate, maneuver a motor vehicle.  She nearly hit me, a fence, and my car about half a dozen times when all I wanted to do was to get in my car and leave.  When I commented that she should not be driving, she and her husband became argumentative and nearly violent. Remember the saying? "Me thinks thou protest too much" and in this case their (blue car folks) it was probably the case and an admission of having no clue. Unfortunately just about ANYONE can get a Drivers License!!
0001 @comcast.net Chevy Avalanche Brown 9943 ** Friday, November 15, 2002 6:45 am male Torrey rd, between Baldwin and Grand Blanc rd Grand Blanc / Rankin mi I was north bound on Torrey road, a school bus with "yellow" flashers on was south bound, I approached slowly look for children.  Once past the Bus I start to accelerate to the speed limit when this Avalanche comes up beside me to pass.  As he barely gets a head of me, he cuts into the north bound lane.  Irritated by this I "flashed" my lights at him.  Not leaving them on, just a flash.  This driver then proceeds to slow to 5 to 10 mph below the speed limit.  I was a good 2 car lengths behind him, he slams his brakes on, hard enough I was looking to take the shoulder of the road.  He then accelerates rapidly, now I'm a good 6 to 10 car lengths back and he's driving with slight contact to the brake, enough to have the brake lights on, now gun shy I'm ready for another brake job.  Sure enough, he locks up his brakes again.  I was prepared for this so I didn't have to leave the road again.  We approached a light at the corner of Grand Blanc rd and Torrey rd, This driver was going very slow, like 15 mph as if he wanted me to get closer to him for whatever type of altercation, I stayed "way" back at this point and waited for the light to turn.                                                My suggestion, carry a Cell phone, call the cops and keep the moron baited until the cops can come across to the same intersection and greet the officer, get the idiots reaction, and file a formal complaint for attempted assault. A vehicle can, and has, been upheld in courts as a "Weapon".

Tailgating within inches of 4 different vehicles. Sudden lane changes. Changed lanes without signaling. Used right lane (accel/decel lane) to pass slower vehicles. 85MPH is illegal. So is being in the left lane EXCEPT to pass. Sounds like he should've been ticketed for speeding, and the others for "improper use of lane" - Why was the Right lane clear? Only answer, people do NOT know how to drive.
00004 @hotmail.com Chrysler? infiniti gold RUN*** Tuesday, April 30, 2002 8:15 am white male, 40's, brown hair patterson & M-37 grand rapids mi I was in right lane at red light, waiting to cross M-37 and head south.  Car pulled up beside me on right.  I thought he was going to turn and head north.  When the light changed he sped in front of me, cutting me off, and proceded to head south on M-37.  I honked my horn, and he turned his steering wheel quickly back and forth making the car rock and then made several hand gestures.  A blond woman was in the passenger seat. Insert Blonde joke here, as to why she was with this particular JERK!
00006 @yahoo.com trucker black horse carrier white 3071*-** Monday, May 20, 2002 8:00 pm older man later 40s to early 50s rt 36 hornellsvill nu mr.(i will call him )larryT... came off exit 34n ramp turning on to rt 36 his signal was on and I moved over to the far lane to let him on instead of waiting to see where I was he just keep moving over.. IF I had not have moved on to the edge of the road almost tipping the vehicle over ( myself, my sister , her 1 year old and my 3 yearold in the car)he would have clipped my vehicle tipping it over on the highway... Too many people have NO CLUE how to adjust and use, if they even bother with, their Mirrors. OR just drive expecting everyone else to look out where the H### they're driving - Like we're supposed to be Pshycic!
00007 @river.it.gvsu.edu Don't know Don't know White TFS9** Saturday, September 14, 2002 2:30 am Don't know, Hit-N-Run Direction 131-South on the 28th street off ramp. Grand Rapids MI I was turning left in the far left hand turn lane for 28th street, positioned behind a van that was also turning left.  I had been stopped for about 10 seconds when the other vehicle (#TFS9**) crashed into the rear-end of my vehicle doing over $1000 in damage to the trunk, bumper, and rear fenders.  Upon crashing into rear of the vehicle the other vehicle fled the scene.  The accident time was ~2:30 and the other driver was more than likely drunk.  I strongly feel that this driver should lose his license or put on some probation of sort (like he can only drive to work). I sure hope that you filed a Police report. With the License plate they can at least investigate the Vehicle's owner.
